mixed experience.
acceptable locationroom discrepancyinadequate facilities
the location was acceptable, offering proximity to local venues.
The room provided differed significantly from what i booked. I expected an apartment with cooking facilities, but i got a small room without them. this discrepancy forced me to discard the food i had bought, rendering it useless. furthermore, there were only two cups available when i required three.

noisy barbroken blind
The downstairs bar was noisy on Saturday evening. It was not associated with the hotel. I was told it would close by 11 pm. The front of the hotel has outside toilets in the forecourt. I did not get the room I booked. I got an apartment next door. It was bland and had no chest of drawers. The TV did not work. There was no shower gel, and the window blind was broken.

I had a bit of a rough start. The room was quite a climb, being at the very top of the building. This detail would be good to know beforehand as it's not suitable for everyone.. especially those with mobility issues. the toilet door situation was less than ideal. It wouldn't shut, let alone lock. Not much privacy there, folks.

staff was nice and apartments were pretty. location was great. I enjoyed the easy walk to nearby attractions and felt safe in the area. the room provided a nice retreat after a day of exploring.
